Give you as much information as possible on the company and opportunity. We do work in confidence with the identity of our clients and candidates, however you will know about them before they know about you!

Understand your background, skill set, ambitions and motivations and, of course, if you would be seriously interested in exploring the particular opportunity. We don’t want to waste anyone’s time!

After a number of detailed discussions should both parties agree to progress:

We will then be in a position to disclose the identity of the client and be able to provide you with specific information on the role and its responsibilities.

We will present your details to the client not just via a resume but through a detailed conversation outlining your experience, achievements and motivations as an individual.

We will provide you with as much information as possible on the company, position, potential, and, of course, the people you will be meeting. We try to ensure that you feel as fully briefed as possible.

We will help and guide you through the signing of the contracts, resignation and counter offer process, all of which have their own challenges!

We help you to fully prepare for all interviews, obtaining and providing full feedback after each meeting.

We will arrange all meetings, either face to face or via video, ensuring that it does not compromise your current situation.

Our relationship does not end at this point — it starts!
