Through a proactive, targeted and referral-driven search, utilising our extensive networks, we identify and secure specialist, high-calibre, difficult to find individuals who are often not responding to adverts, recruitment agencies, LinkedIn approaches or in-house teams but may make a move for a compelling opportunity, if confidentially approached by an impartial and consultative headhunter.
SPEED AND FLEXIBILITY
Our approach is tailored to individual client requirements. Our model is designed to present 3 highly qualified individuals within 25 working days; we would expect one to secure the role. We interview each individual, providing both clients and candidates with as much detailed information as possible to enable informed decisions.
A confidential search is often critical to businesses for a range of reasons; whether it be change, growth or working in niche and highly competitive sectors, discretion is vital. It is also of utmost importance to those who recommend individuals to us and in turn to the individuals whom we approach. We would never compromise on confidentiality or release any information to a client company without prior permission.

These extensive and referral-driven networks enable us to continually develop our specialist industry knowledge and identify individuals with niche skill sets. NO UPFRONT RETAINER
We have challenged the traditional headhunting ‘retainer fee’ model for over 25 years. Whilst we work with clients on a retained and exclusive basis, we do not charge an upfront retainer fee as we are confident in our ability to deliver. We only take on a search when we are confident we can secure the right individuals, we take all the risk.

By working in partnership, we endeavour to fully understand our clients' businesses, candidates' experiences, aspirations and cultural fit. We are not a ‘transactional’ headhunting firm, therefore, in-depth information is key. MEET THE DIRECTORS
Having graduated from university, Amanda started her career in sales and new business for a US software firm before commencing her recruitment career in executive search. Since then she has spent a number of years building and continually growing her network and wealth of knowledge across the technology, financial services, payments, FinTech, telecommunications, digital and insurance sectors. She has a particular passion for new technologies and helping smaller, growing businesses attract top talent. Amanda has also gained her experience working ‘in house’ within the recruitment team of T-Mobile and leading the Recruitment and Resourcing function for Surrey County Council to help drive change. Her experience client-side has helped her to fine-tune the Lawson Ware proposition, to challenge traditional headhunting and recruitment processes and offer clients a personalised, consultative, cost-effective and delivery-focused approach to senior and specialist recruitment.
David started his commercial career within a specialist sales and marketing recruitment company where he became Area Director and subsequently set up their headhunting division across the UK. In 1994, he cofounded a headhunting business, building and training a team of over 20 specialist consultants working across a range of sectors. Working closely with the leading headhunting trainer in the US, he used many of these techniques to build a unique proposition, the first of its kind in the UK. David has built a very solid network over the years, working with a number of the leading financial services, banking, payments, loyalty, online retail and digital brands, creating an enviable reputation for delivering on the most challenging assignments both in the UK and internationally. Stemming from his relationships in financial services, David has been responsible for building the team at one of the UK's leading PropTech businesses, placing over 50 individuals across commercial functions.
