Amanda
Lamble
Having graduated from University, Amanda started her career in Sales and
New Business for a US telecommunications firm before commencing her recruitment
career in Executive Search. Since then she has spent a number of years
specialising in Executive Search working across a range of sectors including
financial services, telecommunications, retail and marketing agencies
with a particular passion for new media, e-commerce and innovative consumer
brands. Amanda has also gained her experience working within the recruitment
team of one of her clients, T-Mobile. Her experience client-side helped
her to fine tune the Lawson Ware proposition; to challenge traditional
headhunting and offer clients a fresh, forward thinking, cost effective
and delivery focused approach to recruiting high calibre candidates. Amanda
now heads up Telecommunications, Leisure and Media within Lawson Ware.

David Lamble
After graduating, David started his commercial career
in a specialist sales and marketing Recruitment Company where he became
Area Director and subsequently set up their headhunting division employing
a team of consultants across the UK. In 1994 he co founded a headhunting
business which he developed and built to a team of over 20 consultants.
Working closely with the leading headhunting trainer in the US, he used
many of these techniques to build a unique proposition the first of its
kind in the UK headhunting industry. David has built very solid relationships
over the years, working with a number of the UK’s leading financial
services, retail, consultancy and consumer brands before joining Lawson
Ware in 2005. David head’s up Lawson Ware’s clients in Financial
Services, Banking and Consultancy.

Cheryl
Spencer
Cheryl started her career working as a sales
consultant within an IT hardware and software business. Subsequently she
progressed to working as a senior consultant for a more specialist IT
services company providing a range of technical skills and services to
a number of the FTSE Top 250 companies. Cheryl joined Lawson Ware to combine
all of her previous experience to develop a long standing career in Executive
Search. Cheryl specialises within general insurance, investment and the
wider financial services industry placing highly qualified individuals
across a range of disciplines.

Samantha
Waaler
Having graduated in Science and gained her certificate
in Marketing and Economics through the Chartered Institute of Marketing,
Samantha built her career working in account handling with full service
integrated communications agencies working with b2b, retail, FMCG and
publishing clients focusing on both ATL and BTL communications. Samantha
joined Lawson Ware to utilize her previous experience to build a rewarding
career in headhunting. She specialises in the agency sector working with
advertising, direct marketing, integrated, media, online, PR, research,
sales promotion and telemarketing agencies providing a full solution across
their businesses.

Ross
Fitzgerald
Ross has a strong background in Transport and
Logistics, having spent a large part of her career with one of the UK’s
largest security transport and logistics companies, reaching Director/General
Manager level, before moving into Executive Search. She has taken her
in-depth operational experience and applied it to the field of Headhunting
within the specialised area of Logistics and Supply Chain. For the last
9 years she has worked across all industry sectors, from 3rd Party Logistics
(3PL), Retail and Technology resellers to International Freight Forwarding.
Ross joined Lawson Ware to head up the Transport division and lead the
supply chain, logistics, operations and project management disciplines
across all industry sectors.

Gill
Espley
Having run her own business for 15 years, Gill returned to college
to undertake a degree in photography and digital imagery. Gill has combined
her love of media with her strong commercial background to specialize
in the media arena as well as the agency sector, working with advertising,
direct marketing, integrated, digital, online, PR, research, sales promotion
and telemarketing agencies providing a full solution across their businesses.

Donna Stroud
Donna started her career working at Prudential Bache Securities,
now Bache Commodities in London in the settlements department. She quickly
progressed to the position of a junior broker on the net trading desk.
After a few years of early mornings and late nights Donna decided to come
out of stock broking and moved into Commercial Insurance broking and again
was quickly promoted to Senior Insurance Broker. The time then came to
start and raise a daughter and subsequently Donna started her own floristry
business which she built and successfully ran for 8 years until selling.
Donna joined Lawson Ware to develop a new career whilst utilising her
industry knowledge within headhunting and specialises in the stock broking,
commercial insurance and the wider financial services market.

Carol Nichols
Carol graduated as a registered nurse before taking her education
further and studied a post graduate in neurosciences. She then spent 6
years as a co-coordinator for the multi organ transplant team firstly
in Oxford and then moving to Kings College hospital, London. Carol then
decided to go back to university to study business administration before
moving into new business development with the private hospital sector.
In 2002 Carol co-founded a smart home technology company based between
London and Sophia Antipolous where she developed key commercial skills
in venture capital funding, business development and client liaison. The
company and Carol's co-founder are now based in Dubai and Carol has embarked
on a new career in headhunting. Carol naturally specialises in the medical,
pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors across a range of disciplines.
