Lawson Ware offers a fresh approach to headhunting using a consultative
selling approach. We work with a range of companies searching for individuals
at both
middle and senior management, over the years we have built strong relationships
with a number of industry leaders.
We are looking to grow our team of consultants and pride ourselves in
our ability to provide ongoing training and develop consultants to be
experts in their chosen field. The role is very autonomous; you create
your own success with a high level of
support and structure around you. We will not constrain you; we will help
you to flourish!
Identifying and securing both clients and candidates requires
resourcefulness, persistence, understanding and outstanding interpersonal
skills. You will manage
your own projects both from a client and candidate perspective but work
with your colleagues in a strong team environment.
The profile of a successful consultant is highly educated, has commercial
experience in any sector (this could include: retail, consultancy, FMCG,
financial services, telecoms, IT, pharmaceutical, legal, construction,
service), is highly motivated to achieve and is open to fresh ideas. Headhunting
can be very lucrative and rewarding, as a business we look to encourage
success and are keen to provide a solid career path for successful consultants.
